SPORTS: Bracketology lessons from America's Future

The future of America looks bleak as both Obama and McCain failed to correctly pick the winner of the NCAA Men's Div I Tournament this year. In fact, neither of them had Kansas or Memphis in the final. Talk about a vote changer...Hillary is looking stronger than ever.

Rumor has it McCain just crossed off all the poor schools and the ones with minorities. Essentially, he has Duke winning every year. I honestly don't see how people like this douche bag. Obama, I must admit I'm a little disappointed. You seemed like a baller to me...perhaps it was your skin.

Did you hear that Obama bowled like a 37 or something in a game of bowling at a tour stop a week or two ago?

a 37!!!!!!

Say what you want about George W. but the man can at least throw out a mean first pitch. Not to mention I'm sure he would break 100 in a game of bowling.

A wise man once said never judge a man by his bowling abilities - and that man is me. I'm sure George Bush excels at both pitching and bowling...along with help flood victims, stopping terrorists, finding weapons of mass destruction, and spelling.

obviously it has nothing to do with his ability in foreign affairs or changing policy for the better but fuck, if he is that retarded that he can't throw a ball down a lane i just don't know.... I mean I'd understand if he sucked at shooting a basketball, golf, or even throwing a baseball well, but bowling? come on. i guarantee my 84 year old grandmother who is 4'9" could beat him.

i may completely agree with you if he were running for the president or captain of a bowling league - then bowling matters. but he's trying to become the president of the united states. now sure you can vote against a guy because he's black or becasue can't bowl worth a shit...just like you can vote against a guy becuase he doesn't believe in the same religion or because he actually cares about poor people and not just about money...that would be the typical american thing to do. besides, you are judging his bowling skills from a very small sample size aren't you? i mean one bad game of bowling on a stressful tour means he's not good and therefore should not be president? why don't we just hang this guy for being black and get it over with. at least that would makes sense.

I agree, but my whole thing is that a 37 is not just a bad game, it's an amazingly awfully terribly bad game.

I am the first man to hate a small sample size, but this is just to much of distance from the what the norm of an average middle aged healthy male bowler would be. Just like when that mayor last year threw out an opening pitch 75 feet away from the catcher. (http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=sVMiJdHTfUo)

In the words of the godfather....

"you can act like a man!"

i completely agree - his score is way off from what the "average middle aged healthy male bowler" would and maybe should be. But Barack Obama is not average, far from it in fact. There is an estimated 110 billion people to ever live on the earth. He is an african american running for the president of the United States. There have only been seven of them I believe. So he is 1 out of 15714285715 people...that's not average. And that explains why he bowls so much worse than the "average" middle aged male.
